The Fleur-de-Lis Garden Club is working hard to get ready for our entry in the St. Patrick's Parade! The parade is Saturday, March 13 at 3:00pm. You can read details about it here on our website, and also at this link. The Events Committee and other club members are meeting on Monday, March 1 to begin decorating our entry. If you would like to help, please use the Contact page on this site to let us know.
We have found a permanent place for our meetings. Beginning this month, we are meeting in the back room (party room) at Wick's Pizza at the corner of Baxter and Highland. Our meetings are on the second Thursday of each month, at 7:00pm. More details are available here.
Please consider becoming a registered member of this website so you can join in the conversations in our Forum! You can also create your own photo album here to show off your garden. In addition, you can post "For Sale or Trade" items, including items you want to give away free. We just had a new one posted this week. Click on the word "Register" on the left side of this page and follow the instructions there.
We also hope you will decide to join the Garden Club. There are no dues, and you don't have to live in the Original Highlands to be in the club. All we ask is that you come to meetings and participate in the activities of the club. We are planning some great programs and guest speakers for this year, and we invite you to become part of the Fleur-de-Lis Garden Club.

Welcome to all website members, Club members, and visitors to our site!
If you would like to be able to participate in our Forum or add pictures to our Gallery, you must register for this website. Click the word "Register" on the left, follow the instructions, then be sure to look in your e-mail for a message from the site. It should arrive in your inbox immediately. There will be a link in that message that you must click to confirm your registration. After you do so, your site membership will be approved by the webmaster and you will be able to participate in all areas of this website.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the club, please print out the Club Membership form. Send it to the address listed, or e-mail your completed form to our Membership chairman.
The February meeting is set for Thursday, Feb. 11 at 7:00pm at Wick's Pizza. See this article for details. We have arranged with Wick's to make this our permanent meeting place, so you will always find us there at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of each month. In the event that the meeting location changes, there will be an announcement to that effect on this website.
We are looking forward to participating in the St. Patrick's Day Parade again this year. It is always such a fun event and we hope you will plan to attend. The date is Saturday, March 13 at 3:00pm. See this article for more information.

Happy New Year to all our members and visitors! May the new year bring happiness and prosperity to you. We hope you gardening exceeds all your expectations this year!

Our next big event is the Highlands St. Patrick's Parade in March. We will be giving out shamrock plants again this year.
